Shipping Policy
Once payment has been cleared we aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 working days, providing the item is in stock; this does not include weekends or holidays.
We ship to UK only
Return & Exchange Policy
Your order may be cancelled at any time before dispatch of your goods.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your items for alternative products or receive a refund minus the cost of the postage and packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges will only be given if the goods are returned within 10 days from receipt of your order, and if the good are in perfect condition for re-sale, and unopened.
To return any products to us, please email us at info@aroservicingltd.co.uk to advise that you would like to arrange a return. In the subject heading please state RETURN and detail the unwanted items you would like to exchange or refund prior to posting.
When posting the returns, please enclose a copy of the delivery note and detail which items are being returned with the goods. Please contact us for delivery details.
